Rob is the founder of the ''The Dent Specialist" which started in 2001. He trained at a workshop in St Helens in Mersyside back in 1995, and from there started his career working for a PDR company in West London. In October of 2001 he set up "The Dent Specialist" business, from which point, he has established a loyal customer base comprised of both trade and private customers, by providing a highly professional and reliable service.

What is Paintless dent removal (PDR), and how does it work? Paintless dent removal started many years ago at car manufacturing factories. It was used as a cost effective and speedy way of repairing minor accidental damage on vehicle panels whilst on the production line. Gradually, this trade was taken onto the roads and used in car dealerships, and for the general public. Nowadays, the dent repair system has moved on, the tools and methods have changed from using just rods to repair the damage from the inside, to using both rods and now a glue pulling system.
